Ingredients
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup poppy seeds
½ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup flax seed, ground or regular
½ cup maple syrup
½ - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Line a shallow 9 x 13 inch baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl then place them on the prepare baking sheet. Make sure that you spread them evenly.
Step 3
Bake at 350 ºF (176 ºC) for 40 to 50 minutes.
Step 4
Once the crackers are fully baked, allow them to cool before breaking them into your desired size or approximately 20 pieces.
