Sweet Seed Crackers

These sweet seed crackers are a delightful blend of crunchy texture and sweetness, making them the perfect pairing with yogurt or a satisfying snack on their own. Packed with wholesome seeds, they're both nutritious and delicious, offering a versatile treat any time of day.

Ingredients


  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds


  • ½ cup poppy seeds


  • ½ cup coconut flakes


  • ¼ cup chia seeds


  • ¼ cup flax seed, ground or regular


  • ½ cup maple syrup


  • ½ - 1 teaspoon cinnamon



Instructions


Step 1

Line a shallow 9 x 13 inch baking tray with non-stick baking paper.


Step 2


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl then place them on the prepare baking sheet. Make sure that you spread them evenly.


Step 3


Bake at 350 ºF (176 ºC) for 40 to 50 minutes.


Step 4


Once the crackers are fully baked, allow them to cool before breaking them into your desired size or approximately 20 pieces.
