Ingredients
2 pounds fresh strawberries, hulled and mashed or halved, about 4 cups
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, combine the mashed strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Step 2
Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jam thickens.
