This baked edamame is addictive! They make an excellent healthy salty snack with a slight kick. So, instead of seeking a hot salty snack with preservatives or MSG, make these! They are simple to prepare, and rich in flavor. In addition, edamame is a plant-based protein high in fiber, vitamins (such as vitamin C, vitamin K, and folate), and minerals (iron, magnesium, and potassium). They are also low in calories!
