Brighten up your mornings with this simple, homemade raspberry jam! Bursting with sweet, tangy berry flavor, it's perfect for spreading on toast, adding to yogurt, or using in desserts. Just a few ingredients for pure raspberry goodness!

Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Serves: 8-12

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh raspberries

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1

In a large pot, combine the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring often until the jam thickens.

Step 3

Test the jam's thickness by dropping a small amount onto a cold plate. If it gels slightly, it's done.

Step 4

Remove from heat and transfer the jam to sterilized jars. Seal and let cool completely. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
