This meatloaf is undoubtedly meaty, packed with flavor, and is glazed with a delicious sweet and tangy caramelized catchup thanks to the oven.

Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoons, olive oil
2 packages 16 oz. ground turkey
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon thyme
ketchup
salt & pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and sauté onions until translucent. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Step 3
Fahrenheit. In a large bowl combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, tomato paste, chicken broth, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well until fully combined and very moist. Place mixture into a 9 x 12 glass baking dish. Mold into a rectangle and drizzle with ketchup.
Step 4
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
