These pancakes are incredibly easy and delicious, too. Healthy and sugar-free, these pancakes are as easy as mixing up some eggs and a banana.

Ingredients
1 medium banana
2 large eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Put a large frying pan on the stove at high heat. In one bowl mix together the eggs. In a separate bowl mash the banana well with a fork. Then combine the two ingredients in one of the bowls (mix together well). Lower the heat on the pan.
Step 2
Evenly spray the large frying pan with the cooking spray. Then using a tablespoon, put two tablespoons of the batter into the pan. Cook low and slow, checking the color on the bottom occasionally until medium brown. Then flip, serve, and enjoy.
